Reliability Consultants offer you help to handle and improve your product reliability.
History:
Reliability Consultants was established in 1991 as a spare time consult in parallel with equal job in development departments by:
· Bang & Olufsen A/S 1988 to 1997
· Grundfos Management 1997 to 2004
· Vestas Wind System A/S 2004 to 2009
2 Patents done to improve the Reliability
· Danfoss Power Electronics A/S 2009 to present
2 Patents un the way to improve the Reliability
The purpose is to help companies with the newest methods in how to design products to be Robust and Reliable, so they can operate through the whole expected lifetime. The most important part of my jobs has been the culture-change to get Reliability in focus through the whole process form idea, through specification, development, verification test, production and analysing at an eventual field-failure.
Some of my background has been to make courses in Design for Quality and Reliability and in FMEA Failure Mode Effect Analysis. See CV.

Design for Quality and Reliability Courses
In corporation with the Danish "SPM ERFA group 6" for Reliability, V. Loll, M. Logstrup and I developed this course ”Design for Quality and Reliability”. This course has been arranged 18 times, partly as closed company courses for Nokia and Vestas and partly as open courses. |
